Santa Dash 2009 / Entry Fee Increase
For the last three years the Santa Dash entry fee has remained at £15 and has delivered very good value for money as well as a fantastic day out.
However, due to recent increases in the cost of the Santa suits and medals (which are imported from China) as well as most other logistical delivery costs including the Traffic Order for road closures from Liverpool City Council Highways Department (to approximately £7,000) it is necessary to increase the entry fee this year to £20.
The increase has been kept to a minimum and it will ensure that the event is delivered to the standard expected by all those taking part.

hi there,
im looking at doing the dash this year, just moved to liverpool so have never done this before. as the santa suit is supplied in the cost does this get posted out to you prior to the dash and how do you make sure you get the right size of suit ?

How on earth do you enter on-line please ??
If the information is on the website I can’t find it.
It may be putting people off if there is no easy way to enter on-line

Hi Nicola I did the santa dash last year 2008 and it is such a laugh plus if you are new to Liverpool you get to see some good parts of town. As for the costume you will need to collect this from Up and Running on Bold St and unfortunately it’s one size fits all but it’s all part of the fun, I would wear trainers too. All the best.

Liverpool Yacht Club Members will be arriving in Liverpool from the North of the City at about 10.00 a.m. for a yacht race. I presume the Strand will be closed from 9.00 a.m .
Can you confirm when it will re-open ?
