The event in 2008 was a Las Vegas Great Santa Run to remember, as over 6,000 Santas came out to support Opportunity Village and participate in one of the city’s most memorable events. This year, we had some very special guests and some surprising twists!
The event started off great food and drinks provided by Dunkin’ Donuts and Albertsons and included appearances from the Fox 5 Crew, Melanie & Michael from Sunny 106.5 FM and special holiday tunes from DJ Alpyne. Then, Kailey Swanson kicked off the festivities with a very special performance of the National Anthem. Shortly after, we were greeted by Las Vegas’ favorite voice and friend of Opportunity Village, Robin Leach!
After issuing the challenge out to Liverpool, Australia, Ireland and Milan, the Palo Verde Prima Donnas wowed us with their amazing dance moves, it really got the energy of our Santas flowing!
